Pay is not good for what is expected of you.
Bad pay for temps and when hired they keep them at the same pay.
Employees over a year of working with a small raise, sometimes no raise. Unqualified management that unnecessary travels to locations that do not need help. (wasting company money).
Management with no understanding of how warehouses, freight, concept of how much room a warehouse has to store product, lacking basic knowledge of business procedures.
Does not know how to communicate like an adult and looks down on all employee's, can't admit he is wrong, very disrespectful and makes up stories with lie's about co-workers. Company makes bad decisions and instead of fixing it they sweep it under the rug and bring in somebody new and hopes that they don't call them out.
