      Nice desk and chairs oh and break room

      Cons

      The leaders in PFS forgot about the company mission. Favoritism happens alot and the PFS Leaders are to busy to talk to you. They just been with company so long they don’t understand change management.

      Pros

      Great Safety Rating and phenomenal maintenance program with very well maintained air frames. 401K is great, line level crew members are phenomenal for the most part.

      Cons

      New company wide scheduling takes crews away from families without additional compensation. Health insurance is very expensive, IT systems are improving but still stuck in the 90s, too much upper management, more worried about the bottom dollar and no longer their employees(this is new as of Fall 2017)
