Pros

PHI has been in the industry for a long time and I've been here several years. The company offers so many benefits to employees, they have such as great benefit package. Including free lunch everyday, fun committee events for all, incentives as well! Our executive leadership truly care about us individuals, they listen and make time to hear our concerns from our staff as well! Everyone is committed to the mission goal, or our organization and goals are clear and reachable for us and our employees. Employees are recognized for their hard work from every level.

Cons

The only con I would say is the pay is decent but could be slightly better as the competition with our healthcare industry is higher for some the roles we have.

Pros

the crews I've worked with have all been awesome. there is a lot of support. I can't think of a time I've called for help or guidance and haven't gotten an immediate response. All benefits including PTO start almost immediately.

Cons

InDoc training is long and dry. pay comparatively, to aviation as a whole is on the lower end of the scale. however, over time more than makes up for it.
