You get over looked for going above and beyond ones duties and Management promotes this bad behavior. Don't accept more duties then what is required of you or management will think you can handle it and add more responsibilities to you on the daily. Management looks the other way when you are overwhelmed with work and ask for support when they expect you to work more hours to catch up with no option from working remote on the weekends to catch up on the Mount Everest amount of work that is piling on every day. When you are crossed trained in the whole department they expect you do over for everyone even tho no one covers for you, After having a mental break down multiple times while working there and months after quitting the job. I felt i would be working at for years I'm Still suffering from anxiety when i put my all in this job and now i feel No Company will get out of me again.

Long workdays, downtown traffic is bad.
