used to a great work place with a great culture, mainly thanks to HR and Ops VP and their employee engagement
Cons
With new management (president and some others), the office has turned into a bad culture, business is in decline, employees are fired on a weekly, seemingly random basis, and everyone is walking around like a zombie. HR has been sidelined. There is no communication, engagement or even understanding with and of PIA Canada by recently imported management.
