Pros

Promotion in Motion is in a good place right now despite having come through the fires and tribulations of the coronavirus. Practically everyone who works here is energetic and happy to be part of a company that’s on an upward trajectory. Cross department camaraderie culminates in world class collaboration and productivity. If you’re thinking about working here, I suggest you jump on board.

Pros

Coming from several less colorful work environments, it was refreshing to move to a more youthful, dynamic company. My co-workers are energetic and vibrant, and it's simply fun to work with Promotion In Motion's candy portfolio every day. Compensation is competitive and plenty of upward mobility.

Cons

The offices are a bit outdated, but the company is moving to new state-of-the-art headquarters in Park Ridge, NJ in early 2021, so this could be construed as a positive moving forward.

I have worked at Promotion In Motion for 23 years and have enjoyed every one. The atmosphere is very upbeat. Every manager has an open door policy. So everyone is approachable even the President. The company is innovative and open minded to all ideas and suggestions and the company growth is amazing. The company benefits are outstanding including unique perks such as free flu shots, closing early on Fridays during the summer months, a fitness center and many more. This cements a real feel of appreciation from upper management. I would recommend Promotion In Motion to any qualified candidate. This is a company where you put down your roots and grow and evolve with the company. This is a five star workplace!
