I can't really think of much good about working here. Maybe the starting pay if you work 3rd shift.
Cons
Management. Coworkers. Raises. Benefits. They fire whoever they want and just hire convicts in their place. This company has the worst management team I've ever seen in my life, it's like they took a bunch of 5 year olds and put them in charge, they can't even get along long enough to communicate what the hell is going on and in the meantime all everyone does is point fingers at each other. And then hr who is supposed to be there to help just helps management bully their way out of everything or tells you a bunch of empty promises along the way. The factory is dirty and never cleaned, to sum it up this place is one huge mistake that you'll regret making every day that you show up.
