Pros

Good people, mission I can be proud of. Took COVID very seriously and kept us safe.

Cons

COVID caused downsizing, so now we need to add back staff. And that is happening slowly and responsibly.

Pros

Pros - free gym membership (only if you are full time).

Cons

Pay is awful here, often times half of industry standard. I get it's a non-profit but c'mon. Management - honestly clueless. Disconnected from ground level employees. Nothing is ever planned, every management decision is a reaction to something. A lot of backstabbing here as well, yelling in meetings, toxic work place....etc.
