Great work life balance and very little micro management. Great benefits with understanding coworkers. No drama or toxic work environment. generous bonus structure.

Cons

Pay is somewhat low compared to other companies. Could be better with more flexible work arrangements. Infrequent promotions and limited transparency into career advancement.
