lots of opportunity to do stuff

Cons

Bbut can't do anything because managers, especially those who have been at the company a long time do not care about their job. Info Tech employees don't do any work. They just say they are busy but are playing golf and fantasy football.

Very friendly people and open culture. Everyone I interacted with is very willing to help you grow your skills and teach you new concepts.

Cons

Workloads can get overwhelming at some points but that comes with the nature of the business.
