No opportunities for promotion - I was told for 3 years that I was going to be promoted but at each review they moved the target on me and told me that I actually needed something else; Managers are not promoted on meritocracy but who you know and once you get Manager you're set for life no matter how bad of a manager you are; Very little to no support from management or HR on career development - you're on your own
