      Best exposure, compensation and placements for analysts

      -client interaction/exposure (really lean deal teams) -buy side placements/exit opps -compensation -relaxed culture -extremely bright future for the firm -blackstone prestige

      Cons

      -tough hiring process (too focused on hiring the smartest minds from harvard, wharton, etc. -- more diversity would be nice)
