Pros
Honestly the only pro is there are some really great people who work here that are unfortunately stuck.
Cons
They don’t care about your mental health or wellbeing. They will get mad at you for their money loss if you use your personal time. They do this thing where nobody is allowed to talk to you if you have an issue or complaint that they don’t like. The CEO himself took a coworker of mine into a room and told him if he wanted to keep his job he had to “Leave his indigenous issues at the door”. They train their management to have a saviour complex. I hear them say myself that this is the place for indigenous people to come work because they don’t have a place anywhere else. (As if we as a race don’t have options?) Don’t work here if you want to keep your dignity and sanity. There are so many red flags the even this platform won’t allow me to put in this review.
