Pros
I'm writing this while I'm working because it's not like anyone would notice or care anyway. (lots of free time if I want it) Another pro is I won't feel bad leaving when I find a better job
Cons
No respect towards indigenous employees from managers or anyone else higher up, concerns don't get addressed and they certainly don't care about you, you are just another number to keep their fake reconciliation movement up. When you work here you can see what the main goal is, filling the pockets of the people who matter (upper heads). Please don't believe the indigenous stuff for a moment, walk into an office in Atlantic Canada and you will believe me. Management sucks, they get run over by their employees but discipline the ones who work hard and try to make things better. Pay needs increased for the ones who deserve it. Never any recognition for good work. There are lots of secrets at this company for unknown reasons. Likely because of the amount some of the employees are being underpaid. I get the feeling unless you're friends of the CEO or really have some pull against them you do not matter.
