      Low skill job, easy ti be lazy if you want to

      Cons

      Systemically racist, disguising indigenous reconciliation with exploitation and gatekeeping or real training and schooling. Only teach you enough to stay at a low level job and not the right skills to move to any other company. Other tech companies laugh at the plato workers :(

      Software Testing experience Exposure to different tech friendly coworkers

      - management can be hit or miss but mostly only a handful know what they're doing - internal projects are a joke sometimes where the manager is figuring out their new "toys" they got with their bonus' while we're on a call - meetings that go nowhere - "indigenous" meetings that i thought were supposed to bring people together but just promotes segregation of indigenous/non-indigenous people if your name/skin color isn't "indigenous" somewhat high turnover
