Pros

Great people to work for and work with! The management is supportive and care about their employees. The company is innovative and looking for the next best thing. They are creative and encouraging. I look forward to coming to work each day. It is a fun and progressive company to be a part of.

Cons

Never ending supply of food! Wish we could have a Starbucks cafe in the building. People are too nice and they are willing to put others before themselves.

Pros

The people that work there. Not mangers but the people. They depend on you just like you depend on them. Food trucks almost every Friday.

Cons

Mangers and the buddy system. The plant manger is a great guy. Help you out anyway possible. Some of the people under him not so much. The supervisors have a poor work ethic. Not my job not my problem do as I tell you too. Understaffed and will work the people longer than probably should. The “amazing” raise per percent this past year. Slap in the face. The CEO is a joke. Bragging about his 5 million dollar garage while 98 percent of his people live paycheck to paycheck. Always awesome to see a “hard working” fella brag about that. I see you marky mark
