      Pros

      I Was New To Leasing So They Were Very Good & Thourough When It Came To My Training. Starting Pay Was Pretty Good Also. The Staff At The Location I Worked Was Amazing & The Company Would Be Sure To Have Random Employee Appreciation Events.

      Cons

      No Cons. Amazing All Around. I Only Left Because Of Other Job Opportunity With A Bit More Flexibility.

      Pros

      Advance from within. Respect and concern for all employees from owner on down. Salary is fair for industry. Good benefits. I have seen owner go around to properties and help with grounds and snow removal

      Cons

      As with the industry, sometimes work over takes home life. Need company wide training for expectations. Corporate has little idea what is going on in the trenches. Expecting some work to be done in unreasonable amount of time.
