Nice company outings every few months.

Micro Managed constantly. Beware of the know- it- all backstabbers that know how to run your property you work at better than you.On -call is a joke everything is an emergency.Be prepaired to get written up for non emergency calls if you don't respond.

I Was New To Leasing So They Were Very Good & Thourough When It Came To My Training. Starting Pay Was Pretty Good Also. The Staff At The Location I Worked Was Amazing & The Company Would Be Sure To Have Random Employee Appreciation Events.

Cons

No Cons. Amazing All Around. I Only Left Because Of Other Job Opportunity With A Bit More Flexibility.
