      Overall good place to work but comes with some standard difficulties.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, good place to get your foot in the door for publishing, good benefits, fun atmosphere, beautiful location. New management seems to be moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Mistrust and confusion in the area of compensation and some lack of faith in employees' decision making abilities. But it seems like efforts are slowly being made to fix this.
