      Great workplace tough industry

      Pros

      - Unlimited PTO - Decent starting wage when you are providing no sales - System works and you should be successful - Laidback environment - Good office chemistry (I.e. a lot of office outings) - Great resume builder

      Cons

      - Low commission until you work your way up to the top of the ladder which will take probably 3 years - 200 cold calls a day to start - First few months are grueling and do not show much results - Work almost 9 hour days
