      Pros

      The salary is $38,000 starting out. The location is awesome. The office is located on the Landing in Saint Louis, MO. It is next to a plethora of bars and a casino.

      Cons

      It is very negative atmosphere. Employees are very unprofessional and sometimes childish. The days are long and there is not a lot to do.

      Pros

      Pros are that the atmosphere is very fun and everyone's around your same age. Definitely a good place to really understand how to work hard when you first get out of college, but its a long road to see that growth. When you're out of PLS, you can really see the benefits of that fast paced mentality.

      Cons

      A con is the stressful pressure the CEO places down on everyone...and it's all unnecessary pressure. Everyone feels like a throw away, and the turnover has always been incredibly high. If you're looking for a place to start with a decent salary, go for it. But they can and will get rid of you if you're sales are low. There is no investment in the people and not much support for those who aren't in sales.
