      Pros

      opportunity to create your own success with hard work. great training to learn logistics and managers to help grow. possible to make a good living if lucky enough to land the right accounts. 10 days off in a year.

      Cons

      long hours, stressful environment, sales quotas to hit which leads to high turnover. unhealthy to sit in a chair with a phone in your ear minimum of 745am to 515pm.

      fun place good manager office is really nice in Houston

      Cons

      People cuss way too much People look very unprofessional (some) out of a training class of 20, 10 will be gone within the first month. Most by choice. The next 7 will be fired over the next few months.
