Pros
Great opportunity and exposure in logistics. Definitely a stepping stone and not a permanent fixture.
Cons
Belfort was literally the worst move they made, producing a series of useless, ineffective scripts that were tossed at the door. In fact, our team had the highest growth and revenue in the company during the "testing phase" but we did not use the scripts compared to teams who did. Those who are at the top are generally propped up by the convenient failure of others during their ramp, assuming accounts of the failed employees, increasing their portfolio diversity and overall success.
