      Pros

      High starting pay for those with no experience. Lots of paid time off and schedule flexibility. Office is like frat house they drink beer during shifts as well order takeout.

      Cons

      The training is very shallow and does not prepare you for the job. They give you the keys and tell you to drive without showing you how. Training and support does not meet most people's expectations and the management team is unorganized, aloof, and very sketchy at best.

      Pros

      The are virtually no pros to this job. They will try to lure you in with "commission" talk. However, you will never see that and I'd say less than 10% of employees do.

      Cons

      I was only there for 5 months and I watch over 15 people quit or get fired (Including two of the HR employees). Serious problem with their business plan and how they treat their workers.
