Learn a few ropes

Pros

Training was average, and teaches you how to operate within the system.

Cons

The company gives reasonable training, but the revolving door makes it difficult to establish any baseline for success. You are faced with attrition at an alarming rate, and customer's all question that at the end of the day. You will have new hires, who come and go numerous times during your working days, and they'll constantly have to be re-trained. You'll lose business, as mistakes will happen, and nobody loses but you, as it's your customer. It's a high-stress, married to the job type of environment, where you'll be working 50-60 hour weeks. It teaches you how to manage a business, but it's a best friend get's the good accounts type of business, and it just really isn't worth killing yourself and sacrificing your life and health for a middle of the road paying job.

Pros

The people who work there are awesome and all out of college. Great atmosphere.

Cons

If you do not hit your sales goals after being a trainee they automatically fire you. If you miss two sales goals back to back months they fire you. Once you hit back to back months of 18k you become fully commissionable and no longer receive a base salary.

Pros

Laid back, music playing, good coworkers, don't have to dress up

Cons

Unrealistic goals when you start sales, they will fire you without warning when you don't hit those goals, management doesn't help you perform better, training is an absolute joke and is so unorganized, people show up drunk from their lunches, on the phone ALL DAY cold calling and criticized if you don't make enough calls. NO JOB SECURITY
