      Great learning experience out of college.

      Pros

      You will meet so many interesting young college grads from around the country. The culture is very laid back and fun ; Good free money for the first 6 months .

      Cons

      More that 1/2 of new hires won't make it past the first benchmark which is 6months. The company is designed to get highly motivated college graduates in this position to literally work day in and day out cold calling trying to find leads just be fired in less than 6months. The sales goals are ridiculous and unobtainable , turn over rate has to be out of control.

      PLS is a great place to start your Career. Its a great place to learn the in and outs of the logistics industry and to grow as a professional. PLS teaches and trains you everything you need to know in order to be a successful Account Executive, you just have to come in everyday wanting to be the best. The managers give you all the tools you need to be successful, you just have to have put in he work.

      Cons

      Distractions in the office, Needs more ongoing training. If you put in the work, you will succeed.
