      Great and Growing company

      Pros

      PLS has a great culture! As a Manager, I know the reps come into work and enjoy being here. It's a great opportunity to learn sales and really run your own book of business. Last, support is always there if you have any questions.

      Cons

      Nothing I would fix, PLS has a great process in place that works.

      Pros

      Everybody is easy to work with The office morale is always high Management knows each person individually which makes it easy to get help Management does 1 on 1's to see what they can do to make life easier

      Cons

      The demand for freight is high so it sometimes takes a little bit to get help with certain situations Have to have hard conversations with customers sometimes when situations go awry with carriers
