      Pros

      Casual and fun work environment. People around you are nice. Everyone tries to keep you from looking up to see the ax falling on your head. Certianly not a 'Career Opp' If you get lucky and can work with one client. Even senior sales execs are threatened with terminations monthly

      Cons

      I had one day of training before being sent to my office, and two days of training and sent out to sell. After a slow start I stayed for 12 hours a day 3 days a week. I was cut before my 2 sales months ended, even with a strong upturn in production in what would be my final week. you will be worked to the bone and then sent away.

      -People you work with are there to help you because they know exactly what you are going thru -Hands off management -No micromanaging

      Cons

      -Only care about money -No job security -the rich always get richer -given no feedback
