While the cons vastly outweigh the pros, they do offer you an extensive amount of freedom to pursue your goals how you want to

Cons

Never provide training to actually succeed at what your doing. Cycle through employees at an alarming rate (I was there for less than a year and saw at least 20 people hired and fired in just my office), managers set a poor example (ask you to lie to customers) and are generally lazy.

Casual work environment, work/life balance

Cons

Company works in silos, job not secure even though management claims it is, lack of communication from top down, work environment could use improvement-- lots of bad attitudes/unhappy employees, low pay/terrible benefits, no training. No need to go on.

Decent salary, pretty good benefits. Nice environment at times, very sports related smooth transition if you are entering the professional world out of college

Cons

Lots of work hours, not your standard 40hr worksheet, don't value employees much you're just a number on a spreadsheet at the end of the day
