      Pros

      If you work really hard at PLS you will make a lot of money. You have the ability to work for uncapped commission. Fun and young environment. Always music playing, and you get celebrated in front of the branch and company when you succeed.

      Cons

      Not enough back of the office help. We end up doing a lot of tasks that are outside of our job description.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, cool people, not a bad starting job, especially if you want to be in sales. Lots of ppl transition to other sales jobs or a type of supply chain management.

      Cons

      Goals are extremely hard to hit. Only a few survive. Most fail and the few transition to other teams. You know when your on the chopping block.
