Pros

A lot of these reviews are correct in that, like any other job if you don't work hard you will not find success. This position is unique in that if you do work hard, you can have a tremendous amount of success. This job does involve cold calling and sales because that's how you build your book of business. They've recently revamped their sales training program to better prepare young reps for the transition into running their own book. I was initially skeptical of the job when I started however, I love the people I work with and the work environment. The dress code is pretty relaxed, which certainly beats wearing a suit every day. I've made a lot of friends who have been helpful whenever I've asked for advice, that includes management. I also like that they tend to promote from within. I've worked for several companies that routinely overlooked internal options for promotion. We regularly receive emails if positions within the company open up.

Cons

For me, the beginning transition to running my own book was a bit difficult. However, as I mentioned they are revamping that process and providing more in-depth training for that process.

Pros

- Because you run your own book of business you learn much more about the ins & outs of business such as selling your services, scheduling trucks, billing, collections, credit management, etc. - More relaxed environment once you have hit your rhythm - Casual dress - General camaraderie with your colleagues that have a similar mentality (making money!!) - Hard work, smart work, and general eagerness will be seen and rewarded by management - As of April '19 they are implementing a new type of sales training (too early to have an opinion on it)

Cons

- After hours input needed at times for customers - Limited desire to take holidays depending on your book of business (possibility of losing out on "day of" transactions)
