Cons

If you are someone who isn't willing to go above and beyond, work long hours, and deal with a high pressure and stress environment, this isn't for you. For those of you that are willing, this job has the potential for greater earnings and upward mobility than just about any other position you can get out of college

Pros

PLS has a very young work environment and is not afraid to give someone a chance. The offices are in great areas with plenty of things to do around them. That is about the only thing they have going for them.

Cons

PLS is very stuck in it's ways and are not open to change or sticking with trends. Technology is old, website is old and out dated, and they are not open to new strategies or ideas. Upper management does not take the time to know you, or even acknowledge your existence. They have a hard time retaining employees and recognizing talent. Due to micro managing and poor management all together, people have a hard time actually doing their job. They promote the place as such a fun work environment, but do not want to actually do anything to benefit their employees. Some people on the sales floor brag about ripping off customers.

Pros

The salary is $38,000 starting out. The location is awesome. The office is located on the Landing in Saint Louis, MO. It is next to a plethora of bars and a casino.

Cons

It is very negative atmosphere. Employees are very unprofessional and sometimes childish. The days are long and there is not a lot to do.
