      You get to create your own book of business by calling the companies you want to work with. High energy work environment here. This job comes with a lot of extra's, contests, lunches, happy hours, golf outings, etc.

      Pros

      Pros are that the atmosphere is very fun and everyone's around your same age. Definitely a good place to really understand how to work hard when you first get out of college, but its a long road to see that growth. When you're out of PLS, you can really see the benefits of that fast paced mentality.

      Cons

      A con is the stressful pressure the CEO places down on everyone...and it's all unnecessary pressure. Everyone feels like a throw away, and the turnover has always been incredibly high. If you're looking for a place to start with a decent salary, go for it. But they can and will get rid of you if you're sales are low. There is no investment in the people and not much support for those who aren't in sales.
