I have been working here for more than two years and should say that PLS is a great place for those who turns problems into opportunities. Yes, in the beginning, i felt very uncertainty at work, because of lack of knowledge and experience. Then I was taught to deal with, because co-workers share their experience here, they are ready to help you when you need. As for me PLS gives consistent recognition to employees, it's a good company for making a career move.

The culture and the people are one of the greatest assets of the company. I enjoy coming to work and working alongside highly-skilled young professionals, who are passionate about what they do. The general atmosphere in the office is very motivational and makes you want to work harder to achieve your goals. You can always count on your manager and co-workers if you need help or advice. I really enjoy coming here every day to face new challenges, it's never the same and definitely never boring. There are definitely multiple opportunities for career growth. The company is supportive of it's employees and values each member of the team.
