      Good salary for my first job out of college Casual dress

      Cons

      Management is very immature, unprofessional, and inappropriate They don't tell you upfront that you have to work two saturdays a month that you don't get paid for The sales training is insufficient

      Pros

      Great environment, great people, and fun environment. What I learned here will definitely help me in my future career choice.

      Cons

      Commission structure is very low compared to other broker companies out there. They make you sign an agreement that restricts you from getting another 3PL position at another company if you quit or get fired for at least a year.

      Plenty of opportunities to make as much money as you want. Effort is rewarded once you become and AE

      Cons

      Long hours and must sacrifice your work/life balance until you become fully commissionable, but anything worthwhile has it's sacrifices.
