All other jobs in the future will seem that much better because of how horrendously bad this company is.....

Cons

35K is a joke. If you could give negative stars I would. They hire sales people with the statistical certainty that 11/12 of them will be fired. That's not an organization that values sales people. Management should work with you to build new business. Not give you a phone and say "good luck"! It's slaughterhouse. Management is a joke. Ignore the propaganda posted by the superfluous 5 star reviews. The HR hunters need to pill jobs.... sorry cages for future slaughtered animals.

They pay well for an entry-level sales position.

Cons

There is a not a lot of room for personal growth here. This is a good company for individuals who don't have a college degree or didn't go to the best school, but you won't fit in here if you attended a good college and are decently intelligent. You can do better than this place.

-Awesome environment (basketball hoop, Wii, dart board, mini golf, and music.) -Ability to make friends and network with co-workers and management -Growing company -Internal postings for advancement opportunities

Cons

-If you don't want to work hard, this may not be for you. Building your own business within PLS is very rewarding for those who put in the effort that it requires.
