      Pros

      I get to work with some really cool people. The sales can be difficult but you just need to be aggressive and assertive. I am finding some really good success early on and can already see how rewarding this can be as i continue growing my portfolio of clients. New software is coming that will only increase our efficiencies as well

      Cons

      Wish i had a little more support at times as when I'm busy, it is difficult

      Pros

      Fun work atmosphere and enjoyed working with all younger people. Gave me the correct tools to become successful

      Cons

      Felt properly trained for sales. Got little encouragement from upper management. The high turnaround starts to wear on you.. It felt like almost every other day someone was getting let go of and others were coming in. At the end of the day, I felt as though the 3PL market was heavily over-saturated and found sales in this market extremely difficult.

      Pros

      Young coworkers, laid back office environment, casual dress, locations in major cities across the U.S.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement. Working two Saturdays per month. Saturated market. The company pushes you to "build your own book of business" but you are essentially a glorified telemarketer.
