Pros

PLS is a place where you can work and make a decent salary. You get to go to the office everyday and interact with a lot of young people. It's a very systematic job and if they can speak fluent English, pretty much everyone can to it.

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities. Management is not at all open to anything, so don't even think of suggesting that interesting out-of-the-box idea you've got that would make the job more efficient to everyone. As I said, salary is decent but maybe not worth going to the office monday to friday (they don't offer any hybrid or remote opportunities).

Job was good easy to learn and gave me a lot of experience.

Cons

I have to travel everyday by Bus or Shuttle Work hours is always graveyard shift because we were using EST. Plus the pay was not enough for me to save and feed my family.
