I am a new employee and so far it has been a great experience! PMA provides new employees with a top-notch training program so that new employees can learn the claims system and understand what is expected. My supervisor and claims team have been very supportive in helping me transition in my new role. PMA has provided me with all of the tools I need to be successful in my job.
