PMA is a smaller company, so employees have the ability to have an actual impact. Management empowers employees at all levels to provide feedback and share ideas about ways to improve - and they genuinely listen to the feedback and incorporate it whenever possible. PMA has high moral standards for the way business is conducted - employees as well as clients are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The culture is outstanding and work-life balance can't be beat.

Cons

There are a lot of technology and systems improvements underway, which can lead to frustrations during the transition phase. Also, as with many smaller companies/flat organizations, career advancement can seem limited.
