Pros

not minimm wage, decent benefits, 401K with 4 percent match, cash pension, 2 weeks of vacation but no set schedule

Cons

no chance of growth, mistakes are punished harshly no rewards for good things. If you are not in the click you won't even be told that your branch hours are changing

its profitable- good stock price over the years. i have selected pnc in my 401k

Cons

Reduced short term illness policy started over the past eight years! If you are going on STD for surgery ,you do not get paid for the first 5 days unless you have OA available or vacation time available. STD is 13 weeks to keep your job, but you will not receive 100% pay for 13 weeks unless you have been for the bank many years
