      Pros

      Benefits are fine, pay is on low end of competitive, pension plus 401k is a plus.

      Cons

      Cannot trust upper management. I was laid off due to non-performance reasons in 2025 (my department was offshoring jobs and work to India) so i applied internally for a similar poistion which i was told numerous times before taking the job and during that we were safe from lay-offs, here i am laid off. It was done in the coldest manner possible each time, zero empathy. after almost a decade working at this place it has left a sour disgust in my mouth.

      Good work environment, good people, not a lot of pressure. You can make meaningful relationships here. Slow to hire but also slow to fire.

      Cons

      Slow to promote. Copmensation will not increase significantly year over year, even with promotions. Not working on any cutting edge problems that make an impact to end users.

      Cons

      Your experience will honestly depend on how insufferable your manager is. Most of them are micromanaging, dishonest, sneaky, unsupportive, and rude. No opportunity for growth most of the internal positions will have you doing different duties but won't increase the pay which is exploitative. They once had me training other employees and acting as a manager without paying me more or changing my job title.Very rude customers almost their behavior is truly appaling. The pay is not nearly enough as it should be. The employees, specifically in the branch suck as well.
