Pros
benefits are good and would say the vacation/sick time are generous
Cons
the pay/incentives are no good. there is essentially a "points system" called revenue credits for each sale item and not only are the payouts low, the pay is not sufficient for the amount of work. they ask a lot from the branch employees and it is very much just taking orders from the higher ups however they are very out of touch with what it is like to work in the branches. they also make it pretty difficult to move anywhere within the company and excel your career.
