Great opportunities to learn and grow, great technology and systems capabilities, growing company (fast aquisitions in past decades), culture of innovation, collaborative colleagues, and management really strives to make your personal development a two-way street

Cons

PNC is still going through growth phases and some organizational transformations, so a lot of processes are inconsistent and not very transparent.
