Pros

PNM Resources is the only publicly traded company headquartered in NM. PNM is paving the way for an emissions-free generation portfolio. Great place to obtain portable skills in a great industry. Company with innovative thinkers solving problems for providing a safe, secure and reliable grid.

Cons

Some silos exist but it's getting better. Widespread geography, inclusivity with remote work locations is difficult.

Pros

Always busy, people are fairly friends, flexible schedules, and pay and benefits are great. 401k is very generous and health care is above average.

Cons

Work is hard, long hours, work is not spread evenly, and sometimes hard to work with annoying co-workers. Budget department is always busy, no off season :(
