Total Rewards at this Company is second best in NM. Great place to spend a long term career. Professional environment.

Cons

Work life balance. Understaffed at the individual contributor level.Too many top level leaders and not enough workers. Regulatory environment is difficult and often leaves employees in limbo about health and welfare of company and jobs.

Cons

Company is not technology focused - if an IT person, you will remain stagnant Too many mid to upper level managers Lack of growth opportunity Incentive pay is non-existent - except of course for mid to upper level managers Compensation is not equivalent to market if in Texas - everything based off Albuquerque
