Pros

The corporate culture and fellow employees are fantastic. Company really does try to do good for the world and it’s employees. Only company I have ever worked for that made me want to come to work every day because I truly enjoyed my job. Benefits are slightly better then most but probably could be way worse considering the cost of insurance nowadays. Not a lot of political BS going around.

Cons

Management is slow to adopt more common practices such as working from home or dress code changes. Pay could be better but not too far out of line for our region. Employees at the plant locations are more subject to market fluctuations then corporate employees are. This leads to lay offs on bad years.
