I have worked at POET for more than 8 years and really like it. I love being a part of making the world a better place by creating more renewable energy. Benefits and pay are good and they've started putting in place a really great wellness program that includes nutrition advice and gyms at the different locations. It's a fast-paced work environment and the people are really great!

The pay is great at all locations and I, like my co-workers, am satisfied and proud with the work I do. The work can be challenging but if I wanted an easy job I'd work at McDonalds. Benefits are top notch and the opportunity for growth in most areas is excellent.
