Pros

POSH DJ's is only full of positives! The amazing staff and jaw dropping events keeps this job very fresh and exciting. Everything is turn key and ready to go. What you put into this job is how much you will benefit. As your experience grows so will your pay raise. This job is a lot of fun and full of cool perks!

Cons

This job is not for everyone. Long hours on your feet, heavy lifting and late nights. If you are passionate about the music industry and love live events. This job could be for you!

Pros

Fun working enviroment, room to grow if you enjoy Djing/Sound/Lighting/Photobooths. POSH also does 700-800 events a year so there is plenty work to go around if you are a hard worker. At events you get to eat amazing food(dinner-cocktail hour), listen to amazing music by the industries best Dj's(for aspiring dj's), and build friendships with people in this industry while having fun!

Cons

You work weekends and holidays(this is a small sacrifice for someone wanting to be and grow in this industry) you will also get alot of experience due to the people you are around and the high quality events done so keep a optimistic attidude and the small cons(weekends/holidays) will be overshadowed :)
