- Company is fast growing, making your days rarely look the same as the day before. - Very teamwork driven. - Everyone is willing to help, from the executives down to the new hires. - Everyone wants to help their co-workers grow in their role. - Newer industry, allows for constant growth. - Fun team events

- Newer industry can sometimes be chaotic, but allows room for growth of yourself and the company.

Pros

Management cares about the employees. The benefits are really good in comparison to the industry standard. When you take time off, they want you to actually take the time off and get away from work.

Cons

It's a growing company, and with growth comes some growing pains. The team is trying to get better all the time.

Pros

It was fun while it lasted. Began as a get it done startup with big potential and ended with middle positioned company hitting their industry ceiling. I would describe the overall management as okay. They managed their cash flows well and did not over raise or over leverage like other startups. Good work/ life balance and fun technical challenges at times.

Cons

Stock options were worthless. They mainly promote from within, with a bit of nepotism and half of industry experts they did hire do not last long term given the changing landscape of the industry. This is a service company and not a tech company. No exit interview which speaks to their lack of a self improvement culture.
